Two weeks and I'll be on my way- making the most of the days I have left at home. Hope you all have a great holiday- and remember the real reason we celebrate - share it with a friend who may not really understand.

Graduation
November is gone now and half of December! Graduation is days away- and I'll never set in another classroom or be occupied forever with homework that never ends :)
So I have less than a month before I depart- this brings both excitement and utter sadness. I'm glad that I'll return though- and excited for the chance to serve.
Update from the field:
They have taken in 9 more children from the street in Manila and have 11 at the new home on the island!! Keep them in prayer and I ask that you continue to pray for me and my support contributions-

It's only Weeks away..
Wow.. November just started and while looking at my calendar today I realized November is almost over, or it will be before I'm ready! So much is going on this fall, but I'm enjoying it.
Next big trip: Yep you guessed it.. Asia!! Here I come.. to depart on the trip I've talked and dreamed about for so long.. I'm taking the challenge, picking up my life and following Christ.. as He commands us to do. Following a calling, but it just seems like the time has come so quickly!
Support raising is coming well. I wasn't sure how this would turn out, in the past trips I've had a scholarship and only had to have supplemental support raised. I've not started from ground zero before, but thanks to being Blessed by God, and many generous people finances should be the least of my concerns. Over the years I've learned.. Nothing is bigger than God. If you're called to do something or go somewhere you should GO.. if anything material or earthly is of a concern.. don't let it be. "I can't afford that, I don't know anyone who will support me"... trust with your heart and just go. God Provides. Money and relationships, or jobs are of little concern when we're talking about the creator. :)
Well only a few more weeks of school to do. After a scare about not graduating... I'm almost certain nothing can block the path to me holding that sheet of paper I've worked so hard for!
